i have a problem i reset my jounal then all of a sudden when i open it automaticaly says 'yur journals save with me see you later" wats wrong ?

maybe ur journal needs batteries? or it needs to be reset try it

It's same with me here too! When I set my password, my brother just says my password and gets to read everything I wrote! So weird!

you probably need to call the company to find out whats wrong with it..
or it depends on hoe long u had the journal. cause i could be pretty old!.......

I set my password and it was accepted but did not open.......reset it and retried password...accepted again.....still doesn't open......brand new batteries....same thing again, reset, password accepted and still won't open....something else I can try for it to work?????

Password journal sucks it doesn't work at all so anytime i say my password or my brother says something (not even my password) it works see! its totlally dumb even the new one!

When you first get your PasswordJournal, you put 3 AA batteries. Next if you put the audio cord in(the cord for your MP3), remove it.
Then press the big button(access button) to make your Journal activate. Next press your journal's Acess button again to set your password. Speak your password as clearly as possible. After your PWJ says "Password Recorded" you now can start to write into your journal.When someone tries to break into your journal it will say "New Intruder" That's to tell you someone is trying to see your secrets. Have fun with your Journal and remember NEVER tell anyone your password,or how to work your journal.

well try to reset it again. Is yours the old one or the newer one? mones the newer one and the only problum its ever had is that the password stuff dosent work. But most of the time it does.As i said before try to restart it or change the batteries. :)

Go back to nthe store and tell them it doesn't work or get a new one
